Calculation Details
Factory Cost: Approximately 45% of the local retail price. The local price includes brand markup, store rent, sales commissions, etc. We procure directly from the factory, eliminating these intermediate costs.
Sea Freight: Calculated by volume, at A$200 per cubic meter (including sea freight + customs clearance + local delivery). Through container consolidation, you only pay for the space you use, not the entire container.
Service Fee: 10% of the factory cost, covering inspection, quality control, custom design, interior styling, and customer service. We don't make a profit on the furniture itself, only charging a transparent service fee.
