Production Process · Transparency in Every Step
From raw materials to finished products, every step is strictly controlled. We welcome customers to visit the factory at any time.
Raw Material Selection
We import high-quality woods like white oak and walnut from North America. After rigorous screening and drying, we ensure the moisture content is between 8-12%.
Precision Machining
Using German imported CNC equipment for precision cutting and polishing, with error control within 0.1mm. Each component undergoes three quality inspections.
Manual Assembly
Experienced carpenters assemble by hand using mortise and tenon joints and eco-friendly glue to ensure the furniture is stable and durable.
Surface Finishing
Using eco-friendly water-based paint, it undergoes three processes of primer, topcoat, and polishing to present a natural wood grain and delicate feel.
Quality Inspection
Before loading, every piece of furniture is professionally inspected — checking materials, workmanship, and colour, with photos/videos sent to the customer for confirmation.
Professional Packaging
Multiple layers of protection including thickened cartons, pearl cotton, and wooden frames are used to ensure the furniture is not damaged during sea freight. Each package is labeled with detailed information.
Our Quality Commitment
Before loading each piece of furniture, our team goes to the factory for inspection. We check:
- Wood material consistency with the order (white oak/walnut/oak, etc.)
- Workmanship details (mortise and tenon joints, seam gaps, surface flatness)
- Color shade consistency with the sample (natural variations in wood grain will occur)
- Dimensional accuracy (tolerance within ±5mm)
- Packaging integrity (pearl cotton, carton, wooden frame)
After passing the inspection, we take detailed photos or videos and send them to you for confirmation. Only when you are satisfied will we arrange for container loading and shipment.
